? Leading month-end close activities
? Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
? Keeping the general ledger accurate and audit-ready
? Analyzing financial data and spotting trends
? Collaborating with operations and leadership teams
? Improving processes and making accounting life easier for everyone
?? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
?? 3+ years of accounting experience
?? Strong knowledge of GAAP
?? Excel skills that impress people in meetings
?? Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
?? Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
